I was lucky enough to see an Open House in Crooked Creek Villages this past Sunday. I had wanted to see it for weeks but my timing always seemed to be off. Sathya Kattragadda (call him Mr. Kat) is the listing agent and works out of our office.
Nice location on Hollingsworth Drive.
The house is beautiful, neutral and in great shape. Builtin 1996 it has a nice two story entry with a circular banister all around the second floor. The three bedrooms are good sized and if you add in the loft (which could be made into another bedroom) you come up with 1000 square feet on the second floor. There are two full baths on the second floor.
The first floor has a living room, formal dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, family room, half bath and laundry room which add up to 1068 square feet.
THE BONUS…A finished basement with a full bath (with Jacuzzi tub).
Add in the two car garage, nice fenced backyard, plan desk in kitchen, all appliances stay, built in micro-range, washer/dryer, water softener/purifier and ceiling fans/lights in all bedrooms, a total of 2560 square feet including the basement and you have a wonderful investment for $166,900.
Thanks Mr. Kat for the personal showing.
If you have an interest in this house or would like to see it, please call me at 319.9012

On June 13th I posted a note about what resurfacing would be done in Pike Township this year. Click here to see One section of road that I travel on daily was scheduled to be done this year. As the year was getting closer to the end, I speculated that it was not going to happen. This past week the section of Georgetown Road between 79th and 86th got resurfaced.

I was almost through the intersection before I realized that the stop signs were gone and a new stoplight was in place. At least once a week during the 5 o’clock rush I travel across 62nd passing Cooper Road. Usually there are 20 cars ahead of me trying to negotiate the stop signs. NO MORE! In my opinion, 62nd and Cooper Road will never be the same. Thank you city!!!
