Tiffany Lawn and Garden Supply

by @ 5:41 pm. Filed under Pike News

We have all seen Tiffany’s giant mulch pile while driving on 465 near Michigan Road. It has become a landmark. Well guess what…under the present set of circumstances you won’t see it for long. It seems that when Tiffany moved there 5 years ago they forgot to get proper zoning to sell landscape and mulch supplies. They tried to get zoning last month and they were turned down by the city. Seems that they are going to have to move. Their only recourse is to have the decision reversed by the City County Council.

Lafayette Square

by @ 5:16 pm. Filed under Pike News

There is a new group called the Lafayette Square Area Coalition. They are trying to revitalize the area. The meetings are monthly and the next one will be on September 27th at 7:30 AM (yes…in the morning) at 4090 Lafayette Road. My understanding is the meetings can be lively. Apparently Don from Don’s Guns attends.
